Roasty Toasty Brussels Sprouts Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw (about a bag of baby carrots, chopped)3 cups Brussels Sprouts, quartered3 slices Hickory Smoked Bacon, chopped1/3 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
Directions
Pour olive oil in glass or metal baking dish, and spread it around. You could also use pan spray. Add chopped carrots, Brussels Sprouts and cranberries to the pan. Stir. Sprinkle the bacon on top. Roast in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are soft enough to pierce with a fork.
