Vegan Baked Mac and Cheese

5 serving Daiya Cheddar Style Slices 2 tbsp Imperial Stick Margarine .06 cup Flour, white 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard .16 fl oz Lemon Juice .125 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. (by MIKNMEG) .125 tsp Pepper, black 8 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened 9 oz Barilla Rotini (Dry, uncooked)
1. Cook rotini according to package instructions.
2. Finely dice the slices of cheese.
3. In a sauce pan, melt margarine with heat on medium. When melted, slowly add flour and stir until dissolved.
4. Bring heat down lower. Little by little, add cheese while stirring vigorously.
5. Stir until there are no lumps.
6. In an oven safe pan, pour in half of the pasta and half of the sauce. Mix. Repeat with other half of pasta and sauce.
7. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F.
