Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 2 lbsGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 (chopped or strips)Onions, raw, 1 cup, slicedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup piecesPepper, blackSaltGarlic, 1 clovewater, coke, or beer, 1.5 cups
Directions
Heat grill on Med-High. We use a large foil cake pan. Add all ingrediants in the pan. (The nutritional information for this recipes is with water.) We have used coke or beer before to add extra flavor. Feel free to add additional seasoning if you would like. Sometimes we add crushed red peppers, tabasco sauce, etc. Cover the pan with foil. Cook on grill for 1 hour. A 2lb tenderloin makes about 6 servings.
