Sneaky Healthy Hamburgers

Ingredients
1lb ground beefchopped up onionchopped up mushroomschopped up zuchini1/4 - 1/3 cup of mashed fiber one for binder1/4-1/3 cup of tomato juiceSpices to taste
Directions
I used this recipe to "sneak" veggies into both mine and my families diet.
It was a hit!
sautee onion, mushrooms, zuchini.
When soft add to ground beef and blend together with hands til well mixed.
Add spices, crushed fiber one (or breadcrumbs), tomato juice.
Form into patties.
Grill. Yummy.
