Low Fat Curried Chicken Soup

Ingredients
6 cups water8 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded1/2 cup raw or frozen carrots, sliced1/2 cup raw onion, chopped1/2 cup frozen yellow corn4 chicken bouillion cubes1/2 cup prepared instant brown rice1 Tbsp curry powder1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Place water, carrots, onion, corn and bouillion cubes into a 2 qt saucepan and bring to a boil.

When vegetables are tender and bouillion has dissolved, add shredded chicken, brown rice and spices. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is heated through.

Makes (4) 1 1/2 cup servings
