12.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk3.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup2.0 oz Cream Cheese1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Mix cheeses and flour. Microwave if necessary. Add egg, pinch of salt. Roll out into 20 small sticks.
Bake at 425 for about 10 min. Brush with melted butter mixed with parmesan cheese.
