2 cup Butter, salted 1 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar 400 grams Flour, white 3 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 cup Cornstarch 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream .5 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
Whip 1lbs butter with cornstarch, flour and 1c icing sugar. Pipe out, or chill dough and cut with a cookie cutter.
Bake at 325 for 20min.
Cool and frost.
Fristing: mix remaining ingredients, add food colouring if desired and pipe on cookies.
