1-7.25 oz box of Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, prepared as directed1-15 oz can of sweet peas, drained1-5 oz can of chunk light tuna in water, drained1-4 oz can of Portabella mushrooms, drained1/2 cup of chopped Onions (about 1/4 of a medium onion)Salt and pepper to taste
1. Prepare the boxed macaroni and cheese according to directions.
2. Open and drain liquid from the peas, tuna, and mushrooms. Add to macaroni and cheese and mix well. Lower heat to medium-low.
3. Stir frequently and serve when all ingredients are heated.
Makes 6-1 cup servings
