Ingredients
400 gram(s) Chopped tomatoes in tomato juice (tinned) (by BIG_SCOTS_LASS) 200 grams Onions, raw 150 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 6 gram(s) Scotch Bonnet Pepper per 45g (approx 1 pepper) (by C25KGAL) 1 clove Garlic 100 gram(s) Green Giant Naturally Sweet sweetcorn (by DAGOBAHBABE) 75 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2.25 cup Basmati Rice, Mahatma(1/4 c dry, 3/4 c prep)
Directions
Blend all ingredients apart from rice. Cook tomato mixture in 1tbsp ovule oil for 10 mins the add rice. Cover pan with foil and lid and check after 15 mins
