Craisin & Almond Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1-13oz can chicken breast1/3 cup Craisins1/4 cup soy milk2 stalks celery 2 tbs mayonaisse2 tsp vinegar1 oz (about 24) almonds salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put chicken into medium bowl and break apart.
Cut celery into small pieces. Chop almonds. Place these and remainder ingredients in with chicken. Mix well.

Can be served in a wrap or over a bed of salad.

Makes 5-1/2 cup servings
