Ingredients
4 tbsp Sesame Seeds 4 tbsp Poppy seed 4 tbsp Sunflower Seeds, without salt 4 tbsp Pepitas (Pumpkin Seed Kernels) 4 tbsp Chia Seed 4 tbsp Flax Seed 4 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
Directions
Mix all seeds together. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Add 1 tbsp to overnight oats (yum!), a protein smoothie, a bowl of Greek yogurt or low fat cottage cheese.

Serving Size: makes 28 servings at 1 tbsp each
