Sausage stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients
2 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork 3 oz Sutter Home Moscato Wine 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tsp Garlic 227 Grams Mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 oz manchego sheep cheese 2 tbsp Better than Cream Cheese (Tofutti)
Directions
Stir fry all except cheese until done. Add cream cheese in heat swirl to mix, add other cheese off the heat. Full mushroom caps and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit Serving Size: 5 servings
