Citrus Dijon Salad Dressing

juice of one whole orangejuice of one whole lemon1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup dijon mustard1 tablespoon fresh thyme1 tablespoon fresh oregano1 tablespoon fresh rosemary1 tablespoon fresh basil
In cruet or bowl combine the juices, olive oil and mustard and set aside.
Chop fresh herbs very fine and add to dressing mixture.
Combine well and refrigerate several hours to letl flavors mix.
Remember to take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before you want to use it so the oil can melt back to a liquid.
Makes 10 servings 2 tablespoons each.
