24 oz Ground beef, lean 0.75 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .0625 cup Tomato Paste 1 tsp Swerve Granulated (1 tsp) net carb (by IMENONELSE) 2 clove Garlic 1 cup Tomato Sauce
Brown ground beef. You can drain or keep the fat for keto.
Saute with onions, peppers, and garlic. Saute until tender. Add cauliflower. Add tomato sauce.
Bring to boil and cover. Simmer 5 minutes until caulifower is tender.
Uncover and simmer to reduce the liquid.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
Taste to determine if it needs Swerve to sweeten.
