1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 ounce Yeast, bakers 1.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .33 cup Granulated Sugar .33 cup Butter, salted 3.5 cup Flour, white 2 tbsp Canola Oil
Combine wet to dry in breadmaker topping with yeast, except for butter. Water should be warm. Run dough cycle. Once finished, weigh and divide dough in 12 pieces on a cookie sheet and proof until double in size, or touching eachother. Bake 15min at 350, then brush with butter.
Use traditional yeast, not instant.
