Xoiya's Chicken

Ingredients
1 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Paprika 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1tbs butter
Directions
Preheat oven 375. Melt butter a baking dish.
Mix Granulated Sugar, Paprika, Salt and Pepper into a small dish. Sprinkle over chicken top and bottom.
Place chicken into the baking dish place skin side down in oven for 35 mins. Take out of oven flip over and place back into the oven for another 20-45 mins until temperature reaches 165.
