Grilled Greens with Garlic

Ingredients
4 C tightly packed trimmed kale2 Tbsp water1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar3 Garlic cloves, minced0.25 tsp. salt0.25 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium or prepare a medium fire.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer the mixture in a 24-inch long double layer of heavy duty, extra wide foil. Fold up into a packet, bringing the ends to the center and crimping and crimping the ends in folds.
Place the packet on the grill and grill until the kale is tender (about 10-12 minutes). Open carefully to allow the steam to escape. Makes 4 1/2 Cup servings.
