Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups of whole grain flour1/2 cup of Splenda1/4 cup of egg substitute2 tsp of baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground nutmeg1/8 tsp ground cloves1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup chopped apple3 tbsp applesauce2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Makes 12 muffins

Preheat oven to 375 F

Prepare muffin tin w/ Pam spray or muffin liners.

In a large bowl combine:
Flour
Splenda
Baking powder
Salt
Egg substitute
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Cloves


In a medium bowl, whisk together:
Milk
Oil
Applesauce
Vanilla

Combine wet and dry ingredients then stir in apples.

Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
