Ingredients
*Chick Peas, 1 cup*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cupRed Ripe Tomatoes, 5 cherryGarlic, .5 clove
Directions
drain chick peas ... reserve 1/2 C juice.

Place juice and ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
Chill and serve.
