Ingredients
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 cup Boston Lettuce (by MSLIZINCA) 2 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs 1 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat 1 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med
Directions
Slice tomato, avocado and cream cheese. Cook the bacon and let drain and cool a little. Pull a leaf from the head of Boston lettuce, rinse and lay out so the edges fold upward. Layer cream cheese slices (I use 2 side by side), then 3-4 slices of bacon, the half of the avocado, then half the slices of one Roma tomato. Salt and pepper to taste, wrap it up and enjoy!
