Ingredients
16.0 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked8.0 oz Cream Cheese1.0 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies3.0 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350° Cook the Sausage Add can of Rotel Add package of cream cheese & stir until melted Half peppers long ways & blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes Arrange peppers in baking dish Bake peppers alone for 30min. Equally distribute sausage dip in peppers. Bake an additional 10min.
