Crockpot chicken with black beans

Ingredients
3 chicken breast, boneless and skinless1 can (14oz) black beans, drained and rinsed1 can (14oz) sweet corn, drained6 TBS sour cream, light
Directions
Place chicken (can be frozen), black beans, corn and salsa in crockpot and cook on low 8-10 hours.

I add a TBS of sour cream to each serving.

You can also use light cream cheese in place of the sour cream (change the nutrition info) and you can stir it into the crockpot just before serving.
