0.5 cup Boca Veggie Ground Crumbles 1 cup Light Red Kidney Bean (by CBRYDLE) .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 1 tsp mild chilli powder (by YEAHBUTNOBUTT) 1 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY) 1.5 tsp Badia complete seasoning (by MSKEESH) 1 tbsp Canola Oil 0.25 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 serving 1/8th tsp red pepper flakes (by BUDDY_LOVE)
In a medium sauce pan on medium high heat oil, add onions, bell peppers, garlic, and all you seasonings except salt cover and saute 5-7 minutes but stir. Add unfrozen Boca Veggie Ground Crumbles cook 5 minutes more. Add 1 can of petite tomatoes cover pan and simmer for 40 minutes add salt according to taste. Enjoy!!! Serve with quinoa, rice, or pasta (recipe only calculate chili)
