Salmon Stuffed Tomato

Ingredients
1 pkg Chicken of the Sea Salmon in water1 Large tomato1/4 cup diced red bell pepper1/4 cup diced onion or shallota few sprigs fresh Dill Weed (dried works too)1 tbs sourcream1tbs light mayo
Directions

Cut 1 large tomato in half & hollow out the centers
Mix 1 package of Salmon with chopped onion,red pepper and dill weed,add sourcream and light mayo. Mix well and stuff into hollowed out tomato....ENJOY!
