Caramel Toffee Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 cup chocolate bunny grahams, crushed1/2 cup plain graham crackers, crushed2 tbsp brown sugar1 egg white, beaten2 tbsp applesauce3 cups fruit sweetened vanilla soy frozen dessert2 Skor bars, crushed1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Directions
Combine crushed bunny grahams and plain graham crackers with brown sugar, egg white and applesauce. Press into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 6-8 minutes at 375.

When crust has cooled completely, spread half of the partially melted soy ice cream. Top with 1 crushed Skor bar and half of the caramel syrup. Spread remaining soy ice cream and top with remaining Skor bar and caramel syrup.

Place in freezer for at least 8 hours, until firm.
