0.18 cup Flour, white 0.18 cup Pork/ham stock 1cup = 250ml (Home Made) (by SHELL21_M) 0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
leave pork stock/cooking juice in pan add flour slowly stirring until smooth (no lumps). turn on med heat add milk very slowly stirring until smooth for adding milk to get the thickness you desire. 5-10 minutes add salt and pepper for taste. you can use butter instead of pork juice/drippings
