Chicken, Garlic and Brown Sugar

12 oz Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless 4 tsp Brown Sugar, unpacked 1 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 dash Pepper, black 2 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
1. Filet each breast in two.
2. Melt the butter in electric skillet.
3. Brown the garlic in the butter.
4. Add chicken breasts to garlic and butter and cook thoroughly, adding pepper to taste.
5. When chicken is fully cooked, sprinkle brown sugar on top of each breast, allowing the brown sugar to melt into the chicken (about 5 minutes).
Serve on a .5 cup of brown rice with a veggie, or salad.
