Ingredients
5.33 tbsp Coconut flour, bobs Red Mill (by MOM4CHILDREN) 1 tbsp MCT Oil (Now Sports) 1 serving 1 fl oz Water, tap 8 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Chilli Powder (by JONDO4048) 1 serving Himalayan Pink Salt - Trader Joe's 1/8 tsp (by FRESHAIRE1) 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and whisk in the wet ingredient. MCT oil optional...I used a small pan and sprayed with coconut oil to keep from sticking. Pour small amount, eyeball 3 tablespoons (removed from heat) and swirl in pan to get the batter evenly coated. Cook on medium heat for at least one minute and then used a heat resistant rubber spatula to flip to ensure tortilla didn’t crack. Very yummy
