Potatoes in italian dressing

Ingredients
* Red Potato, 750 grams (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove) * Basil, 1 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove) * Black Olives, 4 jumbo (remove) * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove) * Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) * Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
Cook potatoes and chop coarsely and chill.

Dice one tomato and slice the remaining. Mix everything with the potatoes.
