.5 cup Silk Coconut Milk (Unsweetened) 1 tbsp jif natural low sodium creamy peanut butter 1 tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened 1 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup .25 cup Yogurt, Greek gods traditional plain Greek yogurt .25 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 48 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)--1/2 C dry = 48g
Blend together:
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 ripe banana
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp Natural creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Add to 1/2 cup dry old fashioned rolled oats in sealable container. Shake. Refrigerate overnight.
