Jen Ground Beef stir fry

Ingredients
8 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 1 cup, sliced Zucchini .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 tbsp onion, dried minced (by JLFREEMAN65) 1 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 tsp Pick-a-Peppa Sauce (by CHOWSER) 1 serving Canned Mushrooms (small) 6.5oz =100gram of just mushrooms
Directions
Stir fry ground beef until there is no pink. Add in seasoning and chopped veggies. Add ketchup, pick a peppa (JA sauce). And about 2 tbsp water if needed so mixture doesn’t stick to the pan. Cover. Cook thru for about 15 minutes. Serve over rice or for a lower carb dish over spinach. You can also use this as a base for spaghetti sauce if you add a t to tomato sauce.
