2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 cup, chopped Kale 1 can Canned Tomatoes 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 serving Knor stock cube (by BIGFATGIT) 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap Spice to taste

Put all in pot cook until soft and the liquidise
