Ingredients
2 tbsp ASDA Green Thai Curry Paste (by WOTSHEWROTE) 1 cup Spinach, fresh .25 cup Lemongrass - Raw (by RKAVR8) 400 Grams Coconut milk light lidl 280 gram(s) quorn pieces (by HIPPYWENCH)
Directions
Add paste lemon grass and quorn to wok. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes stirring to ensure all quorn covered. Add milk stir, reduce heat add spinach cook a further 5 mins or so.
