Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
16oz plain yogurt1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and gratedZest from ½ a lemonSalt and Pepper to taste2 tbsp chopped dill2 cloves garlic, pressed.
Directions
Line a fine mesh strainer with a coffee filter. Place the yogurt inside the filter and place in the fridge for at least 1 hr.

Place the thickened yogurt in a food processor and add the rest of the ingredients. Pulse until well mixed. Refrigerate.
