Blueberry Corn Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed 1 cup fresh Blueberries (no frozen) 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped1/4 cup red onions, chopped 1 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and chopped2 tbsp. fresh Lime Juice 1 tbsp. Honey 1/2 tsp. CuminSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Add corn to boiling water and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Let cool.
2. Combine corn, blueberries, cucumber, cilantro, onion, and jalapeno pepper in a large bowl.
3. To make the dressing, mix the lime juice, honey, cumin, and salt and pepper.
4. Add dressing to corn mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
