Ingredients
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Quest Protein Powder Vanilla 28 gms / 1 oz 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 0.5 cup Sour Cream 0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 24 gram Stevia in the Raw 4 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds0.5 cup whole kernels Almonds, dry roasted
Directions
Line a bread pan with parchment paper, spray with cooking spray, pour batter and pat down. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-75 minutes. Serving Size: 1/2 inch slice
