Broccoli and cream cheese soup

Ingredients
700 grams Broccoli, fresh 110 grams Cream Cheese 2 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 2.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 3 serving (OXO) Vegetable Stock Cube (by AUTUMNBIRCH) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Put all ingredients into pan bring to boil then simmer until all veg soft. Take off heat blend, gradually add cheese stir until all cheese melted. Add salt to taste
