Low Fat Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup Becel/ Low Fat Margarine1/2 cup Brown Sugar1 cup Splenda6 tblsp Egg Substitute OR 2 Eggs2 tsp Vanilla Extract11/4 cup All Purpose Flour1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Salt3 cups Quick Cooking Oats1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 F/ 165 C

2. In a large bowl combine margarine, brown sugar, and splenda. Gradually add in eggs/ egg substitute, then stir in vanilla. Add in flour, baking soda, salt, and stir in mixture until just blended. Mix in the oats and chocolate chips.

3. Drop mix by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets and bake for 12 minutes for chewy cookies, 15 minutes for slightly more crunchy texture. Allow to cool on trays before transferring to rack to cool completely.
