no yeast bread

Ingredients
4 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Flour - WHOLE WHEAT - 1/4 cup = 30g (by CURVES_N_CURLS) 2 tbsp sugar (tablespoons) 1.50 tsp Baking Powder 1.50 tsp Baking Soda 1.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .67 tbsp Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
stir together..flour..sugar..baking soda..baking powder..in 2 cup measure cup combine water and vinegar..while stirring add to flour mixture..stir until dough forms..knead for 2 to 3 min..shape dough into round disc..no more than 1 1/2 in thick..dip knive into four and cut an X on top of dough..cook at 4oo degrees for 30 to 40 min..when bread is done..brush with melted butter..the butter makes the crust softer
