Ham, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large1 Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese Wedge2 slices Healthy Ones Baked Cooked Ham2 slices reduced-calorie Wheat Bread
Directions
Take the egg and whisk it a little in a small bowl or cup. Spray a small pan with Pam or other non-stick cooking spray. Pour egg in the pan, let cook for a few minutes, then flip over and cook other side. Try to keep it in one piece.

Toast the 2 slices of bread. When toast is done, spread the cheese wedge on each slice, then layer the egg and 2 slices of ham, top with the other piece of toast, cut in half and enjoy!

This recipe will make 1 breakfast sandwich.
