1.0 cup Brown Rice, long grain2.0 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium1.0 cup Beans, black1.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen3.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Pineapple and orange juice drink
Cook rice in 2 cups chicken broth 1/2 cups water with TBS of taco seasoning. With 1 cup brown rice bring to boil and then turn down lon low cook for 25 min until liquid is gone. Add juice , rinsed black beans and corn cover and cook until liquid is gone and fluff rice with fork!
