Ingredients
16.0 oz Shrimp, raw1.2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet peppers (bell)1.0 small Onions, raw4.0 tsp Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix12.0 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice1.0 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g)
Directions
Saute peppers and onions until soft. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is cooked. Add half a pack of fajita mix and 1/4 cup lime juice. Mix thoroughly. Serve over cauliflower rice.
