Mediterranean salad with chickpeas and couscous

Ingredients
3.0 oz, dry, yields Couscous1.0 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)3.0 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving)0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)2.0 tbsp Olive Oil2.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar3.0 fl oz Lemon Juice1.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1.0 tbsp Parsley1.0 tbsp Basil0.25 tsp Salt0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
Directions
Chop all the vegetables into 1/4" pieces. Cook couscous according to package. Rinse chickpeas. Toss everything into a large bowl and mix well. Best if refrigerated over night.
