Will's BBQ Tofu Avocado Boats

3 oz Tofu, Extra Firm, Nasoya .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper .5 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 2 tbsp Bullseye Barbeque Sauce (by GRAMMYOFTWO) 1 serving Avocado Haas 1 large avacado 1 tbsp Cilantro, dried .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 tsp Paprika (OPTIONAL)

Instructions
1. Grill, roast, or sauté veggies with the tofu and the herbs and spices. In a medium bowl combine everything and add the BBQ sauce. Mix until fully combined.
2. Divide the tofu mixture between the two avocado halves and sprinkle with cilantro, sweet paprika, sea salt and black pepper. It’s okay if it looks like there is an abundance of your mixture. It’s supposed to be that way.
3. Serve immediately. You can refrigerate and serve cold over a bed of lettuce or spinach for a different spin on it.
