1.0 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces)0.25 tsp hidden valley ranch dressing mix0.25 cup plain bread crumbs1.0 tsp mustard, yellow1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Mix mustard and egg beat together, mix ranch seasonings with bread crumbs, dip breast into egg mixture then into crumb mixture! Place on sprayed cookie sheet, bake at 375 for 20 minutes, flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
