Ingredients
2.5 servings Egg Whites1/2 c. Onions1/2 c. Red peppers2 slices lean ham3 c. fresh Spinach
Directions
Throw onions and red peppers and onions into a pan sprayed with Pam. Once onions are clear add spinach to cook down. Lastly add eggs stir until cooked.
