1/4 c. unsweetened frozen blackberries1/4 c. unsweetened frozen blueberries1/8 c. unsweetened frozen strawberries1/8 c. unsweetened frozen raspberries1 scoop protein shake mix, Vanilla1/4 c. black coffee ( you could use tea or water)4 oz. Plain Light Soy milk
Directions
makes 2 servings ~ 4 oz.

Place ingredients in a blender or bullet cup. Pulse several times until smooth.
