Split pea soup made with smoke turkey

Ingredients
453 grams Split Peas .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 3 fl oz White Wine 10 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
Directions
Prepare broth. Can use store bought.

Add peas to carrot, onion broth. Cook on simmer for 2 hours.
Use blender and blend until smooth
