Low fat low calories sugar cookies

Ingredients
1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 cup Granulated Sugar 6 tsp Grandulated Sugar (FC) (by HALSHAW) 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted .25 tsp Baking Powder 3.25 grams Cornstarch 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.125 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Watkins Butter Extract (by THM_GIGI)
Directions
First take the egg out and let it come to room temperature. Melt the butter and allow to cool.
Add dry ingredients except sugar and set aside.
Next add the butter, egg, vanilla extract, butter extract and whisk together, add sugar and stir, than add dry ingredients
Refrigerate for 1 hr, Max time in fridge is 1 1/2 hr.
Flour the board really well and cookie cutter too roll out to about 1/8 thickness.
Bake at 350 for about 9- 13 mins depending on your oven.
