Ingredients
4.0 tbsp GV Organic Ground Flax Seed1.0 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh0.5 tsp Baking Powder0.25 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil0.1 fl oz Water, tap0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, Add egg and oil, Add water As Needed to make the batter like pancake batter Spray a skillet with cooking spray and pour half of your batter into the skillet. Continue to make like regular pancakes! I usually eat mine with fruit because I don't add sweetener or syrup to mine. Enjoy!
